Jack had a very high security clearance and was consulting for Mitre Corporation at the time of his murder.  

Assorted media groups have taken turns ruminating on the Wheeler case. Netflix weighed in with an episode of Unsolved Mysteries for October 2020. https://www.oxygen.com/true-crime-buzz/unsolved-mysteries-what-is-mitre-corporation

We learn from the article: 

1. Wheeler told his wife he would spend a few days after Christmas working on something important at Mitre in Washington.

2. Mitre, a defense contractor, specializes in AI, satellite systems, space security and cyber security among many other things. Mitre manages federally-funded R&D in support of government agencies.

3. Wheeler worked in cybersecurity at Mitre. According to journalist Steve Volk, “He was working on the issues that we're seeing now made manifest with, you know, Russia interfering with the election, Russia and China supposedly hacking into our power grid... That’s the stuff that Wheeler was working on at the time. The problem though is that there is nothing to connect those parts of his bio to his actual murder.”

4. Wheeler's house was ransacked and his briefcase never recovered. 

That's a remarkable statement. Circa 2009-2010 Wheeler was working on various matters that surfaced as allegations around 2020. Thank you, Steve.

We can imagine team deep state knitting narratives together and buttressing them with data manipulations, system hacks, and whatever spook actors and social engineering glue would be called for to hold it all together (turns out, a LOT). Seriously. What other "work" can be involved brain-storming and think-tanking events that haven't even happened for ten years? Was Wheeler getting more and more dismayed at this trajectory? Why not use those amazing resources to solve some of the actual horrible problems plaguing the world in 2010, like human trafficking rings for but one example?

What could possibly go wrong?

Consider the events these past few years as purposefully world-altering, ie: by design, to usher in the Final Communist Dystopia. The design would have been planned far in advance, over many decades, with think tanks and other trusted partners. 

Is it a stretch to consider Mitre one of those elite partners? Certainly not. WHO ELSE would it be if not premiere defense contractors like Mitre? What and who do we think they're defending? Oh yes, OUR Democracy. 

Friends, a mere fifteen years ago, it was already huge stakes. Fifteen years is like fifteen minutes in Globalist Planning Time.

Wheeler had worked in this machine for decades: Vietnam, Reagan Assassination, 9/11, Iraq and Afghanistan wars, Minot-Barksdale Bent Spear, etc. I doubt there are more than a dozen people alive at any given moment with an equivalent depth of technical and practical understanding. 

Was he seeing the end game plan? He could probably extrapolate the decision tree out to just about where we are now in April 2024, ie: standing at the brink of all hell breaking loose. He would risk his life to try and warn us. That's my opinion. Someone stopped him, and that's a fact.

Here's a summary of the Mitre article:

• Warren Buffet guarantees the US will suffer a nuclear attack, it's "virtually a certainty," because more and more people globally hate America concurrent with the increased access to nuclear weapons. Buffet made statements like this as early as 2002.
• On 9/11 Buffet was at his Omaha, NE residence preparing to host his golf tournament at Offutt AFB [HQ of USSTRATCOM - ed.]. Invited were celebrities, professional athletes, and elite business leaders including Ann Tatlock.
• Tatlock was CEO of Fiduciary Trust, an investment banking firm located in WTC2. FTC lost 87 employees on 9/11 when Flight 175 hit.
• Five months before 9/11, Franklin Resources of San Mateo, CA bought FTC for $825M.
• Buffet owns Mitre Corporation.
• Mitre was one of very few entities with "super-user"capability to access FAA, NORAD and USAF systems. A super-user was needed to pull off the attacks.
• Mitre, a major defense contractor, was headed by former DCI Dr. James Rodney Schlesinger, per Henry Kissinger's request. Schlesinger later served as Defense Secretary.
• Maurice "Hank" Greenburg was a powerful political fixer and member of CFR and CSIS.
• Greenburg was the oldest and largest paying client of Kissinger Associates, paying millions a year since 1982.
• Maurice "Hank" Greenburg and Warren Buffet were "friendly" rivals.
• Collaboration between Buffet, Maurice "Hank" Greenberg and his two sons, and AIG indicate that the 9/11 attacks were a "mega-ENRON" level accounting fraud of the insurance industry. Insurance premiums rose sharply and resulted in record revenues and profits.
• Kissinger connections helped Greenburg make lucrative deals in Peking (Beijing) and Moscow [decades ago - ed.] AIG was the only foreign company with [Communist] Chinese government approval to insure Shanghai's 13 million Chinese residents.
• AIG had federal tax laws relaxed to exempt them from taxes in specific offshore jurisdictions.

That is an awful lot of disturbing coincidences.

Digging a bit deeper,  we learn that subsidiaries of Berkshire Hathaway had involvements in 9/11: A NetJet plane tracking Flight 93, plus a hijacker trained at Flight Safety International, plus multiple hijackers using Sun Trust Bank...?

What are the odds? These claims were printed in newspapers waaaaay back in the day. How quaint is that? In order to find things like this on the internet today, you need an ancient source link to take you to the prehistoric Wayback Machine archives while crossing your fingers and holding your breath. That's just how the deep state likes it.

Post 9/11, WSJ rehabilitated Buffet from underdog to "stock genius." 

It is perhaps distasteful to frame an event that involved such massive loss of life as a business opportunity, but insurers -- and, specifically, reinsurers -- deal in the realm of catastrophe. With the massive exposure insurance companies have to the World Trade Center, owners in these public companies must look at this event as a reality of business.

...The "surprise" factor in this type of insurance [super-catastrophe coverage - Ed.] virtually guarantees that earnings are going to reflect events far outside the control of the company in a given quarter.

Berkshire...will take a $2.2B hit this quarter...but shareholders will not have to worry about future surprises from this event. In fact, they will benefit as a result.

The motley fool illuminates for us how super-catastrophes are a business opportunity for reinsurers, which the "owners in these public companies" understand. They can't be getting all squeamish about massive loss of life, see? There's a lot of money to be made. The "surprise" factor virtually guarantees a single quarter earnings hit; but after that, the sky's the limit. You understand?

That's what happened.

Theoretically, if a "super-catastrophe" is not a surprise though, because the business owner has been involved in the planning and execution through subsidiaries, then the events will not be very "far outside" the company's control. The entire hit is expected and taken in one quarter, knowing that everything will improve going forward. 

That's not what happened. 

It was simply Buffet's GENIUS to understand something like the impact of 9/11, in advance. OK? 

Again, friends, it had absolutely nothing to do with planning and execution. The troublesome details referenced above were long buried as part of the Information War. They are gone now. If the global villager can't find it easily, and the teevee never mentions it, then It Doesn't Exist except as a Conspiracy Theory. So it can't hurt you. Everybody calm down.

Obviously, we don't know what Jack Wheeler was working on at Mitre. We can only sift the clues and speculate. But after twenty years of online research, IMO spooks have been fucking with the internet and everyone on it the entire time -- picking their winners and losers, burying inconvenient content and gassing up their pets whether on the payroll or not.

The narrative formed 1-2 weeks after Wheeler's death included his concerns about cyber warfare.

Longtime friend and fellow West Point graduate Richard Radez said that in an e-mail the day after Christmas, Mr. Wheeler wrote he believed the nation wasn't sufficiently prepared for cyber warfare.

"This was something that had preoccupied him over the last couple of years," Mr. Radez said.

One should always consider the details floating around after an important surprise event. Anything oft repeated is on purpose. It could be narrative seeding, or messages to interested parties, or both. In any event, all major and many minor voices will be coordinated to advance the preferred narrative.

So it's not by accident that Radez floated the idea that Wheeler had been worried for some time about cyber warfare. It's just a detail, one of many. But the media knew to take the torch and relay it widely. After all, Wheeler being "preoccupied" with "cyber warfare" is sufficiently vague for general narrative seeding, while also obliquely linking the worrisome "preoccupation" to Mitre. This message would reach friend and foe alike, like blood in the water.

"Cyber warfare" is a euphemistic description for privacy intrusions that are likely far, far beyond our ability to imagine (but will try). Who knows what level of technology exists -- a hyper-dimensional spiritual and technological war that is largely invisible but manifesting as thoughts and events we experience through technology?

Here's a thought...

In our post Alien Fail, we concluded that the aliens are really psychopaths. Using secret technology and predictive programming, they elaborately devised the alien-themed facade over many decades. In reality, we face a spiritual and inter-dimensional problem dealing at a minimum with entities that appear to be human but lack important human qualities. (They of course know this since they constructed the deception to hide it.)

The Lancet recently published a paper about a rare condition, supposedly affecting 75 known people. Despite the condition being extremely rare, the paper's findings are receiving widespread coverage. The affected people see demons in the faces of others.

Why are we hearing about this now?

Will we soon have a new Victim Class of people? Demon people?

They're not demons you're just mentally ill and a bigot if you can see them?

More inclusivity needed?

But maybe people would notice the demons clustered in halls of power, universities, think tanks, celebrities, DEI LGBQT++++, influencers, musicians and all manner of STARS?

Why do many wealthy and powerful people like Henry Kissinger and Warren Buffett live to ripe old age, while we work like slaves and bury each other? How many species of humans are here? More than one? Is there a secret?

What's going on with the sky, the sun, the moon? Some people think it looks different. Who controls technology and weather technology? Does weather modification keep conditions on terra comfortable for certain secret life forms, at the expense of other life forms, like human beings? Wheeler files - part one

Long time readers (and hopefully others) may recall John "Jack" Wheeler, who was brutally murdered at the very end of December 2010. Miraculously (and we mean it), a hazardous waste worker spotted Wheeler's body being dumped into a Wilmington, DE landfill on 12/31/10...

FOILING THE PLAN to use his disappearance as a narrative anchor point? We think so. Based on information available, his body was never meant to be found. A missing and presumed-murdered Wheeler might have formed the corner of a narrative frame about how such-and-such a false-flag disaster came to pass. What kind of disaster? Well, that's the interesting thing about Wheeler. His trajectory touches so many chords that have been resonating back through time and unto the present.

Wheeler's death became a cottage industry, spinning teevee documentaries and internet theories. One possibly useful thing I learned: holding one shoe is a Masonic tradition symbolizing taking or breaking an oath. The odd detail about Wheeler "clutching one tasseled loafer" has been consistently documented. Was he disoriented? Maybe. Or, having been engaged with dark actors and fighting for his life, he took his shoe off around security cameras to convey a message to someone?

Here my goal is to connect Wheeler to several events and dangerous people who might have considered him a threat to their long-term goals. These people would also possess the means, motive and opportunity to kill him and get away with it. Everything here can be found elsewhere. I am compiling it for my own records and out of respect for Jack Wheeler, an honorable man who accepted very difficult assignments.

Jack Wheeler knew a lot of powerful people, and a lot of classified things. 

Bruce Gorcyca, a whistleblower, has many writings online. At least one references Wheeler.

In my last conversation with Wheeler in 2011 [sic] I was advised that he planned to expose something he was once paid very well to cover up for George Bush Sr. after suffering an apparent “guilt attack” and unexplained “betrayal”. He claimed amongst other things that he had evidence of Cheney’s Enron adventure as well as some evidence that he also shorted shares of American and United Airlines “about 10 days before 911” through one of his many off-shore accounts. (I only knew of the two used for the Enron deal). 

Gorcyca's letter references Cheney, Hillary Clinton, Biden, Hunter Biden, deals in China, secret Panama bank accounts at Morgan & Morgan used for hiding and laundering money, and many other things besides. Gorcyca claims he and Wheeler were set to meet in January 2011, in China; but of course Wheeler never showed because he was murdered on 12/30/2010. To recap, we understand from Gorcyca: 

• Wheeler once covered something up for Bush Sr, sometime in the past, and he was paid well for it;
• But someone betrayed him (more recently, circa 2009-2010), and he suffered from guilt;
• And to resolve this guilt and betrayal, he planned to expose the thing he once covered up;
• But he was murdered before any of that could happen.

DICK CHENEY

Having served in both Bush administration, Wheeler knew Cheney.

Dick Cheney was VP during 9/11/01. Insider trading happened on 9/11: American Airlines and United Airlines stocks.

Wheeler previously held an extensive high level position at the SEC and investigated insider trading, so it could have been that. But there's more.

In August 2007, Dick Cheney reportedly became infuriated when his alleged secret chain of command got exposed during the Minot-Barksdale Bent Spear incident.  Either Wheeler or his boss (and West Point classmate) Michael Wynne ordered the stand-down of all B52 flights after a plane carrying live nuclear missiles landed at Barksdale, a nexus AFB for Middle East operations. The incident and stand-down drew attention which revealed the secret chain of command.

Wheeler was the assistant to the Secretary of the Air Force in the George W. Bush Administration. It was the Secretary of the Air Force [Wynne - ed.] who discovered that Richard Cheney had set up an alternative chain of command to the nuclear weapons wing of the AF. In the process, six minutemen missiles armed with nuclear warheads were secretly transported from Minot AFB to Barksdale AFB. The later is the chief staging base for the Middle East war. The alarm system for the weapons was deactivated for the transport, something that not even the base commander could authorize. The orders had to have come from above. Many point to Cheney. Before the warheads could be flown via B-52 to the Iraq/Iran theater, the Secretary of the Air Force ordered the stand-down of all B-52 flights. When he discovered the alternative chain of command to Cheney, he fired all military personnel who were involved. Cheney was said to have been livid. The Secretary ordered an investigation of what the AF press release called an oversight, and 70 enlisted men and 5 officers were removed from the Minot nuclear system.

Six involved airmen quickly suffered untimely deaths. By June 2008, Wheeler, Wynne, and Moseley were all forced out. It's not known how Wynne and Moseley were embroiled in the debacle, whether willingly or not. But evidently, an alternate chain of command existed and these two were allegedly at the top of it:

We found this information via Wayne Madsen back in 2007. You can also read more details about it here, here, and here and surely many other places. Note that the fully loaded B-52 sat on the tarmac unguarded for 15 hours at Minot, then flew to Barksdale, LA and sat there for another nine hours before someone noticed the live missiles. 

Very Importantly, and we recall this detail also when it happened -- SIX nuclear missiles left Minot, and FIVE were reported received at Barksdale. (Initial news reports frequently contain important details that morph or vanish with subsequent reports. The links below are long broken, naturally.) 

Furthermore, it is worth considering that the initial Military Times report on September 5 reported five nuclear missiles being found at Barksdale AFB. This was updated to six in a revised article by the same reporter on September 10. According to Madsen, his intelligence sources said only five advanced nuclear cruise missiles were found at Barksdale, after six left Minot AFB.

That's a pesky and troubling detail, the difference between five and six. The more one looks at sources, the more one sees this discrepancy. Six left Minot, and five arrived in Barksdale because of an undisclosed stop along the way? No no no, only five left Minot; that's why five arrived in Barksdale? Or was it six left Minot, and six arrived in Barksdale, as the official report says? Then where did five come from at the very beginning? 

Which one is correct, friends? Might something have happened to one of the missiles during those many hours the B-52 sat on the two tarmacs, or perhaps on a third undisclosed tarmac, unguarded? Could it be, to this very day, ONE MISSILE IS MISSING? Who on earth could you trust to tell the truth about that, if the truth has not come forth in the intervening 17 Years of Official Coverage? 

Useful discrepancies like this are found in every narrative sandcastle. They are loose threads that can be used to tie up whatever version of events might be needed later, at the crucial moment. 

For example, here's one eleven-year-old theory we found in The Local in Sweden.

Very interesting. The series of articles written by John Schiffman in the Philadelphia Inquirer remain at large. When the trash spotter discovered Wheeler's body, it closed off any narrative option that required him to remain missing.

North Dakota happens to be rated a ZERO on having state laws in place to constrain corruption: no rules, no ethics oversight mechanism, no disclosure laws. Minot Air Force Base (Minot, ND) is home to a B52 nuclear wing and thousands of acres of underground missiles. It's all right next door to Communist Canada.

For all we know, the B52 flew to Canada in August 2007 and left a missile there before continuing to Barksdale. Who knows? Multiple young Minot airmen suffered tragic and deadly accidents within weeks. 

Governor Doug Bergham, via Chinese funding, reportedly owns about half the real estate in Fargo, ND, and it's known that China has bought up a lot of property in North Dakota. According to Tore Maras (starting around 1:26) the endgame goes something like this. The culture will be driven apart to the point of no return. "Here's how it's going to go. Your own nation will nuke you, and blame it on China." And they will hang this on the fact that China owns land all around these missile silos. Which appears to be true.

Remember: an alternate chain of command existed once, not that long ago. Wheeler knew what happened during the Minot-Barksdale Bent Spear. He would be a dangerous witness should that missing nuke ever turn up used.

DAVID ADDINGTON

As noted above, Addington was Cheney's Chief of Staff and named in the alternate chain of command.

In 2013, Russia named Addington as one of 18 people barred from Russia in a mirrored response to the Magnitsky Act (passed in 2011) targeting 18 Russians. 

LOOK at the list. Addington #1, followed by John Yoo at DOJ, two commanders at Guantanamo, NINE lawfare practitioners from SDNY including Preet Bharara, four DEA special agents and one FBI special agent. 

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Moscow banned 18 U.S. citizens on Saturday from entering Russia in retaliation for a U.S. move to ban 18 Russians from the United States under a new law penalizing Russian citizens suspected of taking part in human rights abuses.

Confiscated credit cards were used to book $3000 tickets from NY to Madrid.  Some theories suggest those tickets were purchased by one of the suspected hitmen, Andrew Robert Levene. That is certainly possible. We have no idea who booked the tickets. But we do know that the authorities who confiscated the credit cards would know who booked the tickets. At the time of his vicious murder in December 2010, Jack Wheeler might have possessed important details regarding current events at the time, including:

The Magnitsky Act (subject of our last post) turned out to be very useful in seizing assets, just as intended by Team Death Cult. A great tool, Very Handy, depending on who wields it.

Let's peek at the OFAC list. Here's one example from 12/11/2023. Ajmal Rahmani, his father Mir Rahman Rahmani, and roughly four dozen related companies were added to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list. 

The same day, 12/11/23, Kabul Now reports a detailed story: US sanctions Afghan political family at the heart of decades of corruption.

We learn that OFAC sanctions former speaker of Afghan parliament and his son on charges of transnational corruption and embezzlement. (TCOs. Know thy enemy.) They are barred from making financial transactions, and their assets are subject to confiscation.

The Rahmani family was one of the largest contractors of the US Army and the former government of Afghanistan. During the two decades of international involvement in Afghanistan, the Rahmanis were awarded contracts to procure fuel for the Afghanistan Security and Defense Forces (ANDSF), the funding for which came directly from the US Government. The US Government says the Rahmanis engaged in tactics to rig the bidding process and inflate fuel prices. In 2014, the Rahmanis and other companies involved in fuel business colluded to drive up prices in the US-funded contracts for as much as $200 million.

• Procuring fuel for the military? Yes. 
• Colluding with others to drive up prices in US-funded contracts? Yes. 
• Stealing our tax dollars? Yes. 

They also massively under-delivered on the over-priced fuel contracts, and imported staggering amounts of tax-free fuel by bribing customs officials and forging documents, and then sold it privately.

In addition to the Rahmanis and their holdings in Afghanistan, the OFAC sanctions cover dozens of foreign companies in Europe, the Middle East, and Austria, believed to be tied to the family. Among them are 23 German, eight Cypriot, six Emirati, two Austrian, one Dutch and one Bulgarian company.

We were able to locate at least one legal entity in the United States that is linked to Ajmal Rahmani. The Afghanistan-US Democratic Peace and Prosperity Council [DPPC] is a U.S. non-profit registered in March 2020 in Delaware. According to its website [DEFUNCT WEBSITE is thedppc.com - Ed.], it is led by ‘reformers in Afghanistan’s Parliament-in-exile and Afghan-Americans who believe strongly in the benefits of an alliance between the people of Afghanistan and America.”

According to information released by the U.S. Department of Justice, the organization declared at the time of its incorporation that it was financed by Ajmal Rahmani and controlled by a man named Martin Rahmani who is listed as its Executive Director. Martin Amin Rahmani is an American citizen who is a partner at Victory Six Advisors, a consulting firm based in Washington D.C. The address listed for the council and Victory Six Advisors are the same, 800 Maine Ave, SW, Washington, DC.

In April 2021, the interesting Foreign Lobby Report published this update:

Afghanistan: Jake Perry + Partners distributed a white paper on behalf of the nonprofit Afghanistan-U.S. Democratic Peace and Prosperity Council (DPPC) regarding a notification from US Army Contracting Command for the purchase of bulk ground fuel for the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces. The report [white paper - ed.] raises allegations of illegal activities by the Afghan forces and recommends that the US turn to “legitimate and qualified” businesses in Afghanistan. The council is funded by an Afghan businessman, Mohammad Gul Raoufi. Jake Perry is a former top adviser to then-Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.). His is one of four firms registered to lobby for the council.

“The DPPC strongly recommends that the U.S. Army Contracting Command limits its engagement on the Bulk Ground Fuel contract to companies that are rigorously vetted, have a demonstrated ability to and history of consistently and reliably performing the scope of work and are committed to a contracting process free from corruption and illegality,” the white paper states. The council is headed by executive director Martin Rahmani in Washington. Three Afghan lawmakers sit on its advisory board: Mir Haider Afzaly, Naheed Farid and Haji Ajmal Rahmani.

Recap: Several years before landing on the Treasury's SDN list for massive corruption, the Rahmani-controlled DPPC gets a uniparty lobbyist group (source: Open Secrets) to disseminate a white paper for them bemoaning the terrible corruption plaguing bulk fuel contracts in Afghanistan (PROBLEM). The paper recommend sticking with "rigorously vetted" companies (SOLUTION).

TO BE CLEAR, the white paper goes into some detail about the difficulty and challenges of performing in Afghanistan. These contracts pose a practically irresistible challenge: so much fuel... extreme logistical difficulties...   little oversight... all backed by US taxpayers. In fact, the chaotic environment provides so many excuses for failure that corrupt people are drawn to it like moths to a flame.

One can extrapolate which rigorously vetted companies, exactly, the DPPC might recommend. Except they don't suggest any, because they only want to provide good lives for the People of Afghanistan. 

DPPC EXISTS TO PROMOTE: ...policies and initiatives that better the lives of the Afghan people and hold the Afghan government accountable to provide basic services, protect human rights, adhere to democratic principles, and put an end to corruption. Our interest in the Bulk Ground Fuel contract is to promote anti-corruption efforts and peace in Afghanistan by ensuring that the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF) maintains its operational capabilities and readiness through an adequate supply of fuel. Having a strong, capable and ready ANDSF means a sustainable peace in the country and prosperity for the people of Afghanistan who have suffered without for so long.

A NEVER-ENDING ADEQUATE SUPPLY OF FUEL PAID FOR BY US TAXPAYERS MEANS PEACE AND PROSPERITY FOR THE LONG-SUFFERING PEOPLE OF AFGHANISTAN, or so the theory goes.

Isn't that nice? It's so nice. A staggering amount of fuel has already been supplied. Inexplicably, still no peace and prosperity. It's just a never-ending gravy train for some, and never-ending misery for others.

Along the way with these stories percolating on the back burners, some global villager might have got a garlicky whiff and asked xymself or xyrself, "Uhh, who is Ajmal Rahmani anyway? Is he the lucky guy whose family grew very wealthy during the decades of War in Afghanistan?"

The Death Cult presciently anticipated these questions. And the answer is NO. Wrong guy. Ajmal is not lucky.

Ajmal the Refugee

The story circulated widely in EARLY 2022, almost two years before Ajmal appeared on the SDN list. It's almost like they knew he would eventually come into the spotlight in a bad way (due to the massive history of decades-long corruption), so they knit together this flimsy media blanket and threw it out there.

After leaving Afghanistan a year ago, Ajmal Rahmani believed he had found a haven of peace in Ukraine. This week, he and his family had to flee again -- this time to Poland to the sounds of Russian bombs. "I run from one war, come to another country and another war starts. Very bad luck," Rahmani told AFP shortly after crossing into Poland.

So this would be three years ago (2021) that he fled to Ukraine, then fled again to Poland, to the sound of Russian bombs of course. The family had to walk the last 19 miles, if you can believe that.  

Rahmani, who is in his 40s, said he worked for NATO in Afghanistan for 18 years at Kabul airport.

He refuels planes for a living... what's the big deal?

Before that "I had a good life in Afghanistan, I had a private house, I had a private car, I had a good salary," said Rahmani. "I sold my car, my house, my everything. I lost everything," he said. But he added: "nothing is better than my love, than my family life".

Rahmani said he struggled to get a visa to leave Afghanistan and decided to go to Ukraine because it was the only country that would take him in. They set up home in Odessa -- a Black Sea port city. Four days ago, when Russia began its invasion of Ukraine, they had to leave everything again and travelled the 1,110 kilometres to the border.
He decided to leave the country four months before the US withdrawal because he received threats and was so scared he kept his children out of school.

You see? He's just a poor guy who had a nice job at NATO, and a house and a car; and he lost it all because of threats. (We might have some half-truths in here, friends.)

MEANWHILE, Ajmal Rahmani has lived mostly in Germany since leaving Afghanistan AFTER the Taliban's return in 2021. From the Kabul Now story:

The family came to public light in 2018 after both the father and son ran in parliamentary elections. Many observers noted at the time the influx of businessmen turned politicians in the electoral race, which brought about a parliament driven by personal interest and corruption. The election was considered one of the most fraudulent contests in the country’s short history of fragile flirtation with democratic ideas. The Rahmanis not only made it to the house, but the father soon became the speaker in a process that was believed to be corrupt. OFAC now confirms those suspicions, reporting that Rahmani paid millions of dollars to other parliament members to secure their vote in the house. According to OFAC, Ajmal Rahmani, the son, paid at least $1.6 million to members of the election commission to win a seat in the elections.

According to our information, Mr. Rahmani, the father, resides in Turkey, where he has major business holdings. Social media pictures also show him at COP28, the annual UN conference on climate change that is ongoing in Dubai, the UAE. His son, Ajmal Rahmani, has lived mostly in Germany since leaving Afghanistan after the Taliban’s return to power in the summer of 2021.

"Ajmal the Refugee" Narrative? Use Before 12/11/2023. Current Status: EXPIRED.

In December 2023,  Ajmal Rahmani and Mir Rahman Rahmani appear on the SDN list with their forty-something companies around the world -- assets seized.

Two weeks after they end up on the SDN list, their "project in Germany" is halted.

According to German media, the municipality of Ehningen in southwest Germany has halted the development of a project owned by the Rahmani family.

As per the German media report by Taz, The Ocean Group, intended to build a residential complex in partnership with its German partners in the village of “Quantum” in Ehningen.

The Ocean Group is owned by Ajmal Rahmani, the son of Mir Rahman Rahmani. Mir Rahman Rahmani was the Speaker before August 2021 in the Afghan House of Representatives, and his son, Ajmal Rahmani, was a member.

US sanctions against Rahmani empire: Because of corruption allegations against the investor, the future is now unclear, not only of the quantum laboratory in Ehningen, whose sponsors include IBM and the Fraunhofer Institute. Even if the Rahmanis deny the allegations: IBM is not allowed to rent the quantum laboratory from them - or has to face sanctions itself.

Ajmal Rahmani, warlord's son and former Afghan member of parliament, bought the entire site of the previous German headquarters from IBM in 2021 through his Ocean Group in order to develop the Quantum Gardens urban district here - a residential and technology campus on which this was also the case last April opened quantum laboratory Q.AX – short for Quantum AI & Experience Center. IBM had already installed the first quantum computer in Europe in Ehningen in 2021 in order to advance research into quantum computers in Germany together with the Fraunhofer Society.

Following US sanctions imposed on December 11th over corruption allegations against Rahmani and his father, local newspapers reported that the municipality of Ehningen had put the ongoing development plan process on hold. In addition, neither the US company nor the German research institute is allowed to do business with the Rahmanis or their companies; otherwise they must also expect sanctions. The Q.AX may have to move out of the buildings that IBM has rented from the Ocean Group.

Since the bankruptcy of the Düsseldorf property developer Development Partner in August, construction work on the future IBM headquarters in Ehningen, which was actually supposed to be completed in 2021, has been stagnating. Initial discussions about a possible takeover of this developer by an investor have begun, it was said after the opening of insolvency proceedings at the beginning of November.

Bribery, competition fraud and tax evasion: These are the allegations made by the American government against the Afghan investor Ajmal Rahmani. This could have serious consequences for the quantum laboratory in Ehningen.

The future was actually supposed to begin in Ehningen (Böblingen district): with a research focus on quantum computing and Europe's only commercial quantum computer, the quantum laboratory Q.AX was opened in the spring. Former Chancellor Angela Merkel (CDU) advocated that the American IT company IBM bring the megacomputer to Ehningen. This is where the German research and development site of the US giant is located. But now that corruption allegations have been made against the investor in the project, a lot is at stake at the Ehningen location.

Military and Politics: Rahmani Empire in Afghanistan

The Q.AX research laboratory was made possible primarily by Ajmal Rahmani, an investor from Afghanistan. He bought the entire former IBM site in order to develop the Quantum Gardens urban district, where the Q.AX is also located.

The journalist Emran Feroz knows the story of the Rahmanis. According to Feroz, people usually associate the Rahmani family with father Mir Rahmani and his son Ajmal Rahmani. "Mir Rahmani was one of the most important contractors for the US military in Afghanistan, which means that he worked very closely with the US troops there, especially in logistical and military terms, and as a result became a multimillionaire very early on," explains Afghanistan expert.

With all this money that has been collected over the years, the Rahmanis were able to buy their way into politics. Until recently, Mir Rahmani was President of the Afghan Parliament.

The trigger for the tumult in the Afghan parliament in 2018 is said to have been the Rahmanis' purchased mandates. In 2020 they made international headlines thanks to the data leak known as the Cyprus Papers: They revealed that the Rahmanis had bought European passports. Afterwards they did their business in Ehningen, for example.

US government raises allegations of corruption

The money to buy the IBM site in Ehningen presumably comes from corrupt dealings in Afghanistan. The Rahmanis are said to have sold fuel to the American military at inflated prices. In some cases, deliveries failed to materialize. Bribery, eliminating competitors, tax evasion - the American government is now accusing them of all of this. It has imposed sanctions on the Rahmani empire.

Ajmal Rahmani wants to take action against this, explains his spokesman Klaus Fockenberg: "Mr. Rahmani categorically rejects these baseless and misrepresented allegations. That is why a team of lawyers has now been immediately commissioned to refute these allegations in both Germany and the USA - and Mr. Rahmani is very confident about that."

Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) bought "golden passports" from Cyprus at a cost of $2.5M each. (For fun reading and graphics, see this interactive page about the Cyprus Papers.) About 2500 people did this from 2017-2019, and a few of course blazed the trail earlier. For example, Ajmal's father, Mir Rahman Rahmani, had his wife and three daughters' golden passports approved on 1/12/2017, and his own approved on 7/3/2017. 

So we can't say for sure, but if his family's applications were approved in January 2017, Mir Rahman Rahmani probably started looking into this in late 2016.
