Novel, as in pulled out of someone's head or ass or laboratory

Cliff Notes for: Congress approves $7.6 billion for pandemic flu response, by Robert Roos, News Editor at CIDRAP News.

Chapter 1: Where Obama asks Congress to pony up three times what they originally considered to battle the pandemic. It's a war. Things move along quickly because they get tucked into sunk costs funding the other wars we're already fighting that were also based on lies.

Responding to lobbying by the Obama administration and public health advocates, Congress last week approved $7.65 billion for battling pandemic influenza, more than three times what the House and Senate had earlier proposed.

The money was included in a $106 billion supplemental appropriation bill dedicated mostly to funding the military campaigns in Iraq and Afghanistan. The Senate passed the bill Jun 18, following House passage 2 days earlier.

Chapter 2: Where the vast sums of money are directed to the corrupt institutions responsible for overseeing the creation of the virus "in the name of preparedness."
Most of the pandemic money is for activities by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), but the bill includes $350 million to boost state and local capacity for responding to the novel H1N1 flu pandemic.

According to a House Appropriations Committee summary of the legislation, it provides $1.5 billion in fiscal year 2009 money and $5.8 billion in "contingent emergency appropriations" for HHS and the CDC.

Chapter 3: Where the money will be spent for further eroding our privacy and lining the pockets of big pharma and the "health" "care" system(s).

The funds are to be used for expanding surveillance, increasing federal stockpiles of drugs and medical supplies, and developing, buying, and administering vaccines.

The $350 million in state and local money, according to the House summary, is intended to help public health departments hire and train staff members, buy equipment to improve diagnostic capabilities, distribute antivirals and personal protective equipment from federal and state stockpiles, improve communication and maintain disease-reporting hotlines, and address other challenges, such as hospital surge capacity.

The bill also includes $50 million for distribution by the US Agency for International Development to help countries respond to pandemic flu.

Chapter 4: Where an elaborate kabuki display of cooperation, compromise, lobbying, discussion, urging, blah blah blah is put forth to convince the public that their representatives care about them when, in fact, they are stealing our money and giving it to big pharma and the "health" "care" industries to compensate them for wrecking the public health by forcing poison vaccines into our bodies to "fight" diseases they made up in laboratories.

The House and Senate had previously passed different versions of the funding bill that provided, respectively, about $2 billion and $1.5 billion for the pandemic. But a House-Senate conference committee increased the amounts in working out the compromise bill that was approved last week.

The Obama administration had asked Congress to approve the House version but add another $2 billion to it, as reported here previously. In addition, the administration asked Congress to tap some funds from the federal economic stimulus package and up to $2.9 billion from the BioShield program.

Meanwhile, a coalition of public health groups led by Trust for America's Health (TFAH), a nonpartisan public health advocacy organization based in Washington, DC, also urged Congress to adopt the House version and add more funds to it. The coalition was particularly concerned about the cost of buying and administering pandemic vaccines.

In substantially increasing the funding, Congress decided not to take funds from the stimulus and BioShield programs, according to Richard Hamburg, government relations director for TFAH. Some public health advocates had criticized the proposal to take money from BioShield, a program that promotes development of medical countermeasures against biological and other unconventional weapons.

Chapter 5: Where the money being given to big pharma to purchase poison vaccines is presented as Good News, because there could be a "more extreme outbreak in the coming months."

"This contingency fund of $5.8 billion would be new money," Hamburg said. "I think it was good news that they appropriated additional dollars to be used mainly for vaccine purchase and perhaps vaccine administration, and that it was new money and not coming from existing sources."

"In the long run they'll need even more dollars, but this is a recognition that should there be a more extreme outbreak in the coming months, we'll be better prepared than we would've been without additional dollars," he said.

Moral of the story: There will be a "more extreme outbreak" of flu pandemic in the coming months, and it's going to make some people filthy rich and other people quite dead.

Joe Lieberman: Litmus Test

Joe Lieberman is a freak, perhaps the most despicable creature I have ever seen, and that's saying something. His voice sounds like ice picks in my ears. Anything that makes Joe Lieberman happy must be bad. Really really bad. The election turmoil in Iran makes Joe very happy. He is thrilled. That's enough to know that it must be bad, even if you didn't take one minute to do a little reading about it.

The CIA has been spending money fomenting revolution.

Former Pakistani Army General Mirza Aslam Beig claims the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has distributed 400 million dollars inside Iran to evoke a revolution. In a phone interview with the Pashto Radio on Monday, General Beig said that there is undisputed intelligence proving the US interference in Iran. “The documents prove that the CIA spent 400 million dollars inside Iran to prop up a colorful-hollow revolution following the election,” he added.

Pakistan’s former army chief of joint staff went on to say that the US wanted to disturb the situation in Iran and bring to power a pro-US government. He congratulated President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on his re- election for the second term in office, noting that Pakistan relationship with Iran has improved during his 4-year presidency. “Ahmadinejad’s re-election is a decisive point in regional policy and if Pakistan and Afghanistan unite with Iran, the US has to leave the area, especially the occupied Afghanistan,” Beig added.

The group used is called the MKO (Mujahedin Khalq Organization), and they have been taking orders from a command post in Britian.
The terrorist Mujahedin Khalq Organization (MKO) has reportedly played a major role in intensifying the recent wave of street violence in Iran. Iranian security officials reported Saturday that they have identified and arrested a large number of MKO members who were involved in recent riots in Iran's capital. According to the security officials, the arrested members had confessed that they were extensively trained in Iraq's camp Ashraf to create post-election mayhem in the country. They had also revealed that they have been given directions by the MKO command post in Britain.
Check out the interesting Jewish philosophical roots, including the cult of personality format.
...The Mujahedin Khalq Organization is a Marxist guerilla group, which was founded in the 1960s. In the past two decades, MKO leaders have been resettled in the northern outskirts of Paris. The terrorists are especially notorious for taking sides with former dictator Saddam Hussein during the war Iraq imposed on Iran (1980-1988). The group masterminded a slew of terrorist operations in Iran and Iraq -- one of which was the 1981 bombing of the offices of the Islamic Republic Party, in which more than 72 Iranian officials were killed. A 2007 German intelligence report from the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution has identified the MKO as a "repressive, sect-like and Stalinist authoritarian organization which centers around the personality cult of [MKO leaders] Maryam and Masoud Rajavi". Anne Singleton, an expert on the MKO and author of 'Saddam's Private Army' explains that the West aims to keep the group afloat in order to use it in efforts to stage a regime change in Iran. "With a new Administration in the White House a pre-emptive strike on Iran looks unlikely. Instead the MKO's backers have put together a coalition of small irritant groups, the known minority and separatist groups, along with the MKO. These groups will be garrisoned around the border with Iran and their task is to launch terrorist attacks into Iran over the next few years to keep the fire hot," she explains.
Christopher Story listed the MKO (also known as the MEK) in an extensive directory of World Revolutionary Operations funded by black ops drug trafficking, published in October 2008.
While we await the imminent stand-off between the United States Revolutionary Criminal Klepto- Government and the US military, [still waiting - ed.] who realise that the United States is in the position of Germany in 1933 and who are telling US that they will act with the honour and integrity that the German military lacked then, we can contemplate the following list of Revolutionary, Terrorist, Drug-Trafficking and Para-State Entities which form components of the WORLD REVOLUTION through which we are all (still) living. By drawing attention to such external entities, the American authorities (and those of other criminalist Governments) typically aim to divert attention from their OWN odious terrorist and drug-trafficking operations, which are beyond despicable and MUST be exposed as we continue to rack up progress with unmasking the Octopus-like, self-destructing World Revolution generally.

Sure enough, these destabilizing black ops in Iran were reported as far back as February 2007, and Iran complained about them long before that. Notice the Israeli agenda that Iran must give up it's nuclear program.
America is secretly funding militant ethnic separatist groups in Iran in an attempt to pile pressure on the Islamic regime to give up its nuclear programme. In a move that reflects Washington's growing concern with the failure of diplomatic initiatives, CIA officials are understood to be helping opposition militias among the numerous ethnic minority groups clustered in Iran's border regions. The operations are controversial [wink wink wink!! not really, not so much - ed.] because they involve dealing with movements that resort to terrorist methods in pursuit of their grievances against the Iranian regime.

...Funding for their separatist causes comes directly from the CIA's classified budget but is now "no great secret", according to one former high-ranking CIA official in Washington who spoke anonymously to The Sunday Telegraph. His claims were backed by Fred Burton, a former US state department counter-terrorism agent, who said: "The latest attacks inside Iran fall in line with US efforts to supply and train Iran's ethnic minorities to destabilise the Iranian regime." Although Washington officially denies involvement in such activity, Teheran has long claimed to detect the hand of both America and Britain in attacks by guerrilla groups on its internal security forces. Last Monday, Iran publicly hanged a man, Nasrollah Shanbe Zehi, for his involvement in a bomb attack that killed 11 Revolutionary Guards in the city of Zahedan in Sistan-Baluchistan. An unnamed local official told the semi-official Fars news agency that weapons used in the attack were British and US-made.

This article goes on to mention the MEK/MKO and a faction split in the US government. Notice which faction has won, a year and a half later.

A row has also broken out in Washington over whether to "unleash" the military wing of the Mujahedeen-e Khalq (MEK), an Iraq-based Iranian opposition group with a long and bloody history of armed opposition to the Iranian regime. The group is currently listed by the US state department as terrorist organisation, but Mr Pike said: "A faction in the Defence Department wants to unleash them. They could never overthrow the current Iranian regime but they might cause a lot of damage." At present, none of the opposition groups are much more than irritants to Teheran, but US analysts believe that they could become emboldened if the regime was attacked by America or Israel. Such a prospect began to look more likely last week, as the UN Security Council deadline passed for Iran to stop its uranium enrichment programme, and a second American aircraft carrier joined the build up of US naval power off Iran's southern coastal waters.

The role of the media has not gone unnoticed either.
Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Hassan Qashqavi pins the blame for the recent post-election turmoil across the country on US and British media outlets. "Voice of America (VOA) and the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) are state-funded channels and not privately-run. Their budgets are ratified in the US Congress, as well as the British Parliament. The two channels serve as mouthpieces of their respective governments," Qashqavi stated on Saturday. He noted that the two news outlets seek to stir up ethnic discord across Iran in the hope of fomenting the country's disintegration. "Any sort of contact with the said channels either through e-mail or telephone runs against national Iranian sovereignty and is considered as an act of enmity towards the Iranian nation. The channels act as command posts engineering the ongoing post-election riots," Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman noted.
But most importantly, all this makes Joe Lieberman so very happy.
"I have been both surprised and encouraged by the scope of the protests. It's really been thrilling to me, and, I would say, thrilling to people throughout America and throughout the world because we understand how much courage it takes to stand in the face of a very repressive regime, which has strength on its side."
I rest my case.

Coming Soon

Reviewing the news today, the economic collapse must be close. Very close. Which means that some other shit must go down to provide suitable distraction, blame and confusion while the elite scurry away with all our money.

What's it going to be? Nuclear war? False flag terror? "Natural" HAARP-induced disaster? Biowarfare? The vaccines loaded up with poison are almost ready.

Our wealth has been transferred into other hands. Where is the money? It's a Mystery kids. But not really. The people who run the financial world have the money. They have put it somewhere "safe" because they will need it soon when they unveil the New World Order.

Hesham Tillawi explains:
As strange as it may sound the fact is that the speech Netanyahu recently gave is in fact actually 13 years old. The problem was that at the time it was initially written (1996) the players involved (including Netanyahu and a few other infamously well-known individuals such as Richard Perle, Douglas Feith, et al) could not implement its proposals because “events on the ground” had not materialized as they had originally hoped or planned, namely that the Jewish state break away from the mother ship, the United States of America.

...Netanyahu, back in 1996 on his first visit to the United States was supposed to announce that “Israel is now mature enough to cut itself free immediately from U.S. economic aid and loan guarantees” but not Military aid for the moment to make sure Israel dose not encounter a supply problem. They counted on Speaker of the House at that time Newt Gingrich to spearhead their efforts in moving electrifying support for the venture. In other words, they did not want Israel to be seen as subservient to the U.S. because of the “few” dollars Uncle Sam spares the Israelis, they wanted Israel to be on the same footing as the United States and as an equal partner in the building of the “New Middle East’ in which Israel is its own superpower. This is Israel’s neighborhood, and if anyone wanting anything to change better ask the Godfather -Israel- and receive his blessings. Otherwise, hit-men flying F-18’s will send you “sleeping with the fishes”, a line borrowed from the movie the Godfather.
Israel, the parasite, will drop off of the host when there's no more blood to suck. Soon.

Chris Hedges:

Barack Obama, and the criminal class on Wall Street, aided by a corporate media that continues to peddle fatuous gossip and trash talk as news while we endure the greatest economic crisis in our history, may have fooled us, but the rest of the world knows we are bankrupt. And these nations are damned if they are going to continue to prop up an inflated dollar and sustain the massive federal budget deficits, swollen to over $2 trillion, which fund America’s imperial expansion in Eurasia and our system of casino capitalism. They have us by the throat. They are about to squeeze.

There are meetings being held Monday and Tuesday in Yekaterinburg, Russia, (formerly Sverdlovsk) among Chinese President Hu Jintao, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and other top officials of the six-nation Shanghai Cooperation Organization. The United States, which asked to attend, was denied admittance. Watch what happens there carefully. The gathering is, in the words of economist Michael Hudson, “the most important meeting of the 21st century so far.”

It is the first formal step by our major trading partners to replace the dollar as the world’s reserve currency. If they succeed, the dollar will dramatically plummet in value, the cost of imports, including oil, will skyrocket, interest rates will climb and jobs will hemorrhage at a rate that will make the last few months look like boom times. State and federal services will be reduced or shut down for lack of funds. The United States will begin to resemble the Weimar Republic or Zimbabwe. Obama, endowed by many with the qualities of a savior, will suddenly look pitiful, inept and weak. And the rage that has kindled a handful of shootings and hate crimes in the past few weeks will engulf vast segments of a disenfranchised and bewildered working and middle class. The people of this class will demand vengeance, radical change, order and moral renewal, which an array of proto-fascists, from the Christian right to the goons who disseminate hate talk on Fox News, will assure the country they will impose.

In December I wrote a post titled "Our work destroying your country is almost complete." Six months have now gone by.
So don't get all excited about actual peace, which would be great, because this is more like (air quotes) peace (end air quotes), in which the "new plan" avoids precisely the two most important issues to the Palestinians. But still, it's a Big Secret because....

Well, why is it a Big Secret?

Because. It highlights the enormous geostrategic changes going on, in which the United States has nearly collapsed thanks to eight years of Israeli neocon dominated policymaking, both foreign and domestic. Eight years during which the American people have watched our country be destroyed from within. Eight years of kissing Israel's ass and overlooking Israel's crimes and fighting Israel's wars under the aegis of neocon intellectual lights of darkness such as Doug Feith, Paul Wolfowitz, Donald Rumsfeld, Richard Perle, Ben Bernanke, Alan Greenspan, Henry Paulson, George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Condoleeza Rice and all their corrupt flunkies throughout the US government and Washington think tanks and corporate media propaganda outlets who set these disasters in motion and gave them fresh momentum whenever they flagged. Now their work is almost complete. The US will keel over soon -- MURDERED by these criminals and their Luciferian banking handlers.

And that is the only reason why Israel must now reorient toward Russia and the local gang of moderate Arab countries. (Those would be the ones we've paid off to put up with Israel.)

The last detail: how to get away with it? Perhaps the old stand-by? Some horrific domestic false flag terror attack, fast-crashing the economy and triggering martial law, to be blamed on Muslims naturally? Coming from Canada, perhaps? Or to be politically safer, some "natural disaster" triggered with the latest weather modification technologies? The end result is still the same. Israel can cut loose while watching our agony with "regret."

But, you know, it's rude to notice this kind of thing.

Back of the napkin analysis: It's a Win-Win-Win for Israel

Win #1: With Ahmadinejad reelected, the hasbara tactic of twisting his words may continue unabated
The reason Israel loves Ahmadinejad is because he says things that are easy to twist. It's not that he says crazy things really, because if you look at actual, full, accurately translated transcripts of what he says, he's not crazy at all. But he does say truthful things, and as we all know by now, the truth is radical as well as "anti-semitic." That's all it is. Since the media is controlled by Zionists, and since Ahmadinejad speaks out about Zionists, he can easily be painted as radical and "anti-semitic." That's why Israel is happy about his reelection, because they can continue to twist his words to support their agenda. However, the fact that he benefits in the short run from the Israeli agenda does not necessarily mean that he supports their agenda or is a part of it. Maybe he does or maybe he doesn't. I tend to think he doesn't, but let's face it, anyone in power will be sucked into the game to some extent or else they get whacked.

Win #2: Mousavi appears to be connected to the Mossad and CIA, so now they have a player moving on the board and influencing events
This piece (h/t saladin) begins to lay out how Mousavi's connections go back as far as Iran Contra.
What do Michael Ledeen (the American 'neo-conservative'), Mir-Hossein Mousavi (the Iranian presidential candidate of 'chagne') and Adnan Khashoggi (the opulent Saudi Arabian jet-setter) have in common?

They are all good friends and associates of Manuchehr Ghorbanifar (an Iranian arms merchant, an alleged MOSSAD double agent, and a key figure in the Iran/Contra Affair, the arms-for-hostages deals between Iran and the Reagan administration). In one or two, at most three, degrees of separation, these people hung out in the same circles and very likely drank to the same toasts.
So Mousavi probably is their actual guy, not Ahmadinejad. If things worked out that Mousavi got in that would probably be great for Israel, but you know these people trying to run the world will hedge all their bets because they can only control so much. Therefore, not expecting to pull it off but hoping for chaos and instability, maybe some riots...

Win #3: Chaos, instability and riots in Iran will destabilize the country and facilitate an attack by Israel or it's agents. The confusion surrounding what happened also allows for a flood of psyops, limited hangouts, and every variety of disinformation imaginable.
I think it's safe to say we're all experiencing the flood of confusion right now. It's confusing because they want it to be confusing. Confusion and instability advances Israel's war agenda. Therefore, the media throws gasoline on the fire. Again, as with Ahmadinejad, the fact that people may be legitimately pissed off about the election does not mean they aren't being manipulated.

The elite always fuck with people from every direction. They excel at creating damned if you do/damned if you don't situations, hoping to drive people either into hopelessness and apathy or else violence.

In the words of one of the mind-fuck master actors, Nicholas Sarkozy:
"It is a tragedy, but it is not negative to have a real-opinion movement that tries to break its chains."

6/15/09

Tread carefully

I don't know what's going on in Iran. There's a huge amount of hostility and accusations flying around in the blogosphere, a sure sign of major psyops going down.

These pictures show a lot of people rioting and getting hurt. Looks real to me. But as we know, rioting can always be used to feed into an elite agenda. So even though the people probably have legitimate grievances about the election, that does not mean the weren't baited into rioting.

6/14/09

They even have hasbara for the hasbara

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's reelection is "good for the Jews." They drew up a little hasbara to attack Ahmadinejad before the election, but that hasbara never got through. It was just a little hasbara to make it look like Israel was really against Ahmadinejad, but obviously that's not the case. They love the guy, and now that he has been reelected, the hasbara pipeline will be opened up full blast about how much they hate him and how dangerous Iran is and the whole world better do something blah blah blah.

Post-election protests and riots in Iran:

At least 10 leaders of two reformist groups who had backed opposition candidate Mir Hossein Mousavi were under arrest last night as police used tear gas and clubs to quell mass street protests.

A total of 170 people were arrested over the big post-election protests and street riots in Tehran.

The article goes on to openly state how Ahmadinejad's re-election pleases Israel.

Mr Ahmadinejad's resounding win was greeted with relief in Israel, where it was anticipated that a win by Mr Mousavi could have weakened international pressure on Iran.

Israeli Vice-Premier Silvan Shalom said the results were a slap in the face of those who believed that Iran was capable of real dialogue with the West.

"The United States and the free world must re-evaluate their policy on Tehran's nuclear ambitions," Mr Shalom said.

According to commentator Yoav Limor, the Israeli reaction to Mr Ahmadinejad's re-election was predictable: "Warnings outwardly, and smiles inwardly."

"For years, Israel thought that Ahmadinejad was a disaster, but recently the approach has changed and decision makers have adopted an approach that considers him a 'gift'," Limor said. "Why? Because a moderate president would speak softly, and the world would be tempted to believe him and would refrain from confrontation, and behind the scenes Iran would continue to gallop, unhampered by sanctions, towards nuclear capability."

As predicted here:

The media was silent on Ahmadinejad and the elections to help re-elect him. Obama helped re-elect Ahmadinejad by appearing to take a more moderate stance on the Middle East. In fact, Obama was, at the Jews' behest, creating the conditions the Jews require for a Jewish attack on Iran.

Now, Ahmadinejad, like Bush, can claim a mandate and declare before the People of Iran that his policies put Obama in power and Obama has favored Islam because of the wise actions of Ahmadinejad. Now, the Israelis will lie and claim that Ahmadinejad's second term will provide Iran with the time needed to manufacture an atomic bomb. The Jews will claim that Ahmadinejad's re-election proves that Persians are intrinsically evil for wanting such a man to lead them after he has demonstrated his "antiSemitism", and thereby attempt to justify their genocidal Jewish desire to drop nuclear bombs on millions of Persians as an act of collective punishment. Israeli leaders will demand that the Israeli People support an attack on Iran. Israelis, through their Jewish puppet agents in leadership roles in the Arab World, will form a Jewish–Sunni-Arab alliance against Iran, the Kurds and the Shia.

This is what didn't happen. On 6/2/09 that Haaretz reported that Israeli diplomats had elaborate marching orders to make Iran look really, really bad before the elections.

Organizing demonstrations in front of Iranian consulates worldwide, staging mock stonings and hangings in public, and launching a massive media campaign against Iran - these are just some of the steps Israeli diplomats have been told to take in the coming weeks. The goal, according to a senior Foreign Ministry official, is "to show the world that Iran is not a Western democracy" in the run-up to the country's presidential election on June 12.

About a week ago, the head of the ministry's Task Force on Isolating Iran sent a classified telegram to all Israeli embassies and consulates, titled "Activities in the Run-up to Iran's Presidential Election." It detailed things Israeli representatives should do before, during and after the election.

The telegram noted that hundreds of journalists from around the world will go to Iran to cover the election. Therefore, Israeli representatives must try to give background briefings to various media outlets before the journalists depart, and to the host country's foreign ministry officials.

In addition, diplomats should try to promote press coverage of stories that reveal the Iranian regime's true face, especially its violations of human rights and suppression of individual liberty.

The main message Israeli diplomats should try to send is that "despite the democratic game of a presidential election, this is still a terrible regime that infringes on human rights and imposes many restrictions on its citizens," the telegram said. In a nutshell, the goal is to "blacken Iran's international reputation."

Yeah. They were to TRY to get press coverage of the Israeli point of view, which as we all know is like pushing big rocks uphill, because Jews have hardly any media access or influence. [eyeroll]

The best spin money can buy

Foreign Policy is a prestigious magazine. The people who bestow prestige are the very same people who have money and power and rule the world, so prestige = establishment.

FP has a feature called "The Next Big Thing," where various think tankers and experts opine about the upcoming horrors of the NWO agenda, but it's all presented as fucking pissah shit. To wit:

A New You (http://www.foreignpolicy.com/story/cms.php?story_id=4843)
Shorter: Technology is getting so good that we people with access to it will have god-like powers over life and death.
As countries and industries grow increasingly overwhelmed by wave after wave of bankruptcies, layoffs, restructurings, botched contracts, and embarrassing bonuses, they might lose sight of a second, much larger set of tsunamis gathering force over the horizon. While the economy is melting down, technology is moving forward at an even faster rate. The ability to adapt to the accelerating pace of change will determine who survives.

[blah blah blah....]

But even the rise and fall of nations and regions may be relatively small compared with the eventual scale of the change. By beginning to read and write life code, we are gradually becoming a different species; we are moving from Homo sapiens into Homo evolutis, a human being that deliberately engineers its own evolution and that of other species. And that is the ultimate tsunami.
Personalized Education (http://www.foreignpolicy.com/story/cms.php?story_id=4844)
Shorter: Whoever's left after culling will be allowed to use the internet, but definitely not those idiots in the US.
Just how will this happen? Where, when, and by whom? According to the analysis of business expert Clayton Christensen, personalized education is likely to begin outside formal school through a combination of entrepreneurial vendors on the one hand and ambitious students and parents on the other. Once far more efficient and effective education has been modeled in homes and clubs, those schools, communities, and/or societies that have the ambition, the means, and the willingness to take risks will follow suit. I’d bet on Singapore or Sweden before wagering on U.S. public schools. I recall the words of Winston Churchill: “The American people always do the right thing, after they’ve tried every other alternative.”
Anger Management (http://www.foreignpolicy.com/story/cms.php?story_id=4845)
Shorter: This high tech police state will be great fun for us, but let's make sure to blame it on approved scapegoats, 'kay?
Already, our technologically empowered society tracks some “undesirables” at all times. Now, imagine a world in which every newborn baby immediately has a little capsule implanted under his or her armpit. Inside are monitors, tiny amounts of hormones, a wireless transmitter, and a receiver. The device is powered by a battery like the one inside your watch. Surgical replacement of the capsule every five years is mandatory, strictly enforced, and, because it is very cheap, paid for by the state.

[blah blah blah...]

Most of the elements for such a system, such as hormone treatments to stop sex offenders from repeating their crimes and “antidepressants” capable of turning people into zombies, already exist. And with all types of violence rising as global GDP falls, the rest are almost certain to become available in the very near future. Such methods will certainly appeal to mayors who want to keep crime under control, peaceniks who want to eliminate war in all its forms, and feminists who are always complaining of the bad things men are doing to women. The question is, are we prepared to pay the price?
Happiness (http://www.foreignpolicy.com/story/cms.php?story_id=4846)
Shorter: Now that we've transferred all the wealth into our pockets, let's convince poor people that poverty is hip.
Before the financial crisis, nothing was stopping us from pursuing these things that make life worth living. But, consistent with a substantial body of research showing that we generally don’t know what’s good for us, when the money was flowing we substituted risk for security. We sacrificed time with friends and family to spend more time at work accumulating wealth and more time after work figuring out how to spend it. The short-term temptations were just too hard to resist.

But now, everyone’s belt has tightened. Financial necessity may give us the opportunity to discover that time spent with loved ones is much more satisfying than time spent with your 76-inch HDTV. Once the crisis lifts, we may not be tempted to go back to living the way we did before, if that’s even an option for those millions who are now losing their jobs, homes, and retirement accounts.
Shrinkage (http://www.foreignpolicy.com/story/cms.php?story_id=4847)
Shorter: No matter how you slice it, the finance industry can't fail because We Own It and We Make All the Rules. Ha!
The near future will be full of Big Things that, only a year ago, were largely unthinkable. They will rapidly alter the financial landscape and, together with the inevitable fallout from the $50 trillion of wealth destruction in 2008, reconfigure several elements of the global economy. And one of the most striking aspects will be a dramatic shrinkage of the financial sector. Here’s how it will evolve.

[blah blah blah...]

Why should we care? After all, it is the finance industry’s self-inflicted wounds that have led to the warlike conditions in the economy. There should be little, if any, sympathy when governments move in to impose a peace.

Yet the financial sector is deeply interlinked to the drivers of global growth, employment, and prosperity. It is like the oil in our cars: It lubricates the engine of world growth, and when it breaks down, nothing else can work properly.

America (http://www.foreignpolicy.com/story/cms.php?story_id=4848)
Shorter: We're thisclose to Fascism WOO HOO!!! Just keep the Kool Aid coming so they don't notice all the slums.
We can also comfortably wager that government subsidies will rule the day. State capitalism, in one form or another, has always existed in Europe and the industrial nations of East Asia. Now, state capitalism with American characteristics may emerge from the de facto nationalization of the U.S. automobile industry and perhaps other sectors that need to be rescued as the wave of deleveraging works its way through the economy.

[blah blah blah...]

Post-bubble, these once great cities will have to raise property taxes while slashing services, driving out wave after wave of productive residents. In desperation, some will specialize, like New Orleans and Las Vegas, in entertainment; the metaphorical casino capitalism of high finance will give way to actual casino capitalism for some struggling cities. The general seediness associated with nightlife-driven economies, together with bankrupt schools, inadequate police protection, and skyrocketing property taxes, will force the upper-middle class to flee the worst-afflicted world cities.
Neomedievalism (http://www.foreignpolicy.com/story/cms.php?story_id=4850)
Shorter: Also, convince them to expect Mad Max so they beg us for police state protection.
There are positive sides to a world where every man can be a nation unto himself. Postmodern Medicis such as Bill Gates, Anil Ambani, George Soros, and Richard Branson take it upon themselves to cure pandemics, run corporate cities, undermine authoritarian regimes, and sponsor climate-saving research. But the Middle Ages were fundamentally a time of fear, uncertainty, plagues, and violence. So, too, their successor. AIDS and SARS, terrorism and piracy, cyclones and rising sea levels—it is no longer clear how to invest in the future, or what future to invest in. Figuring out how to respond to this new world will take decades at least. The next Renaissance is still a long way off.
Africa (http://www.foreignpolicy.com/story/cms.php?story_id=4849)
Shorter: Time to get with the $$Program$$, brown people. You need to tide us over this rough patch.
A third shift is the quiet maturing of Africa’s financial system. Last January, a stock market opened on one floor of the tallest office building in Kigali, Rwanda. It is one of eight to open in the last decade; there are now 16 across Africa. About 500 stocks are traded on such exchanges; about 85 percent are for noncommodities. Banking and telecommunications are particularly strong.

Today, more African financial data are being tracked and made accessible. There are now 17 countries with credit ratings. Such ratings open doors to the private capital that makes economies hum. In assigning ratings, international credit-rating agencies primarily consider two things: a borrower’s willingness and ability to pay back loans. Countries that have jumped through the hoops to obtain ratings have taken steps toward more accountable governance.
Resilience (http://www.foreignpolicy.com/story/cms.php?story_id=4851)
Shorter: We can make it through this, guys (biting lip)!
Ultimately, resilience emphasizes increasing our ability to withstand crises. Sustainability is a brittle state: Unforeseen changes (natural or otherwise) can easily cause its collapse. Resilience is all about being able to overcome the unexpected. Sustainability is about survival. The goal of resilience is to thrive.
Better Biofuels (http://www.foreignpolicy.com/story/cms.php?story_id=4852)
Shorter: Whatever you do, keep the secret technologies under wraps and give them lots more useless busywork and false hope that will divert precious resources.
Will the biofuels of tomorrow replace oil, as some advocates suggest? It’s doubtful. Produced and used responsibly, fuel from plants will at best be a small, though growing, piece of a broader renewable energy portfolio that includes wind and solar power. But even if electric cars are in widespread use and massive increases in fuel efficiency are taking place, the need for liquid fuels will still rise in the next decade in many areas. In some countries, adding biofuels to the mix will make a real difference in saving foreign exchange and boosting the agricultural sector. Biofuels have the added advantage of allowing the continued use of fossil fuel infrastructure, which, like it or not, is one Big Thing that will be with us for some time to come.
Water (http://www.foreignpolicy.com/story/cms.php?story_id=4853)
Shorter: Damn, this is a steal, like taking toys from a baby, shooting fish in a barrel, etc. We are gonna get so rich from this water crisis (high fives all around!!!)
As food prices skyrocketed over the last two years, countries and state-sponsored companies were quietly snapping up land around the world....The purchases weren’t about land, but water. For with the land comes the right to withdraw the water linked to it, in most countries essentially a freebie that increasingly could be the most valuable part of the deal. Estimated on the basis of one crop per year, the land purchased represents 55 to 65 cubic kilometers of embedded freshwater, an amount equal to roughly 1½ times the water held by the Hoover Dam. And, because this water has no price, the investors can take it over virtually free. It’s not quite a scenario from a James Bond movie, but the rush to lock up scarce water resources in agricultural belts is nonetheless disturbing. It suggests another food crisis might not be too far away.
More of the Same (http://www.foreignpolicy.com/story/cms.php?story_id=4854)
Shorter: Fuck Noriel Roubini, that fucking fucktard. Fuck. Him.
One way to ensure you’re right at least some of the time is to make the same prediction year after year—after all, a stopped clock is right twice a day. “Dr. Doom” himself—New York University economist Nouriel Roubini—has been expecting a U.S. financial catastrophe for years. As Anirvan Banerji of the Economic Cycle Research Institute told the New York Times Magazine last year, Roubini’s explanations—increasing trade deficits, soaring current account deficits, Hurricane Katrina, skyrocketing oil prices—have tended to evolve over time. But as we now know, he hit the jackpot by calling the housing bubble in 2006. Smart or lucky? Wait to see where his next predictions land.
A Bigger Big Bang (http://www.foreignpolicy.com/story/cms.php?story_id=4855)
Shorter: After we get this dump cleaned up and thinned out, it's gonna be great.
It seems inevitable that the next decade will be filled with surprises—unexpected armed conflicts, the redrawing of political maps, the clash of religions, struggles over the environment, and economic upheavals that may be deeper and more complex than today’s. But by far the most profound and powerful changes lie further ahead at, say, the middle of the century.

[blah blah blah...]

By 2050, the result should be humans who are able to address issues and solve problems previously beyond our reach, redefining how we as a species imagine, work, and think. The generations to come will be surprised at the relative stupidity and naiveté of today’s best and brightest—present company included.

Psyops says, "Give up quickly"

Here's some psyops that is being reported widely in China.
Over 60% French lose confidence in finding true reason for air crash

PARIS, June 4 (Xinhua) -- Over 60 percent French have lost confidence in finding the true cause for Monday's disappearance of Air France Flight AF447, a latest poll published on Thursday showed.

Among the 18,604 persons inquired by French daily Le Figaro, 61 percent answered "no" to the question that "Do you think it is possible to recover what caused the crash."

The major reason for their negative answers, they said, was the authorities' announcement that as there were massive difficulties in recovering the plane's black box recorders, [IT'S TOO HARD] [SOME] people might never know the real reason for the disaster.

Some respondents expressed worries that some people [The Damn Conspiracy Theorist, no doubts] might take earlier hypotheses on the cause of the crash as facts, making it impossible to find the truth. [????? HOW SO??????]

On the other hand, 39 percent respondents gave positive answers, pinning their hopes on high technology and expertise in the 21st century. [on the authorities, in other words]

Some people in the survey insisted that it was important to find the cause of the accident, to prevent similar tragedies in the future. [naturally, as long as the answers don't point back to the authorities...]

Air France Flight AF447, an Airbus A330, vanished early Monday morning over the Atlantic Ocean en route to Paris from Rio de Janeiro, with 228 people on board.

Let's recap what this survey says, a large survey (18,ooo+ people) that had to have been conducted immediately after this "accident" in order to be tabulated and reported a whole five days later.

People are immediately "losing confidence" (read giving up finding the truth), because the authorities say it's too hard to find the black boxes.

SOME people worry that OTHER people who speculate as to the real cause of the crash (read Conspiracy Theorists) will make it "impossible to find the truth." Therefore, you see, the people trying to find out the truth become the culprits in obscuring the truth, but this curious twist in logic remains unexplained. How does that happen? Could it have something to do with the intelligence community muddying the waters and setting up false leads and limited hangouts and every manner of counter-intelligence to PREVENT the truth from being exposed while DISCREDITING the people who seek the truth? LIKE THIS SURVEY????

The "Hopeful" (read "Good") people wisely RELY ON THE AUTHORITIES who possess the best technology and expertise to uncover what really happened, and there are other people who INSIST (read "because they are MORAL") that an answer will be forthcoming to prevent such tragedies in the future.

Surely it won't be a TRUE answer, just an AUTHORITATIVE one.

You know, it hardly seems possible that the French people would be as dense as Americans, but maybe the Chinese people need to think so. Who conducted this survey? Who participated? Where are the questions? And are you fucking kidding me?

So precious, so fragile

You would think stopping illegal West Bank settlements is like the reckless habitat destruction of an endangered species.
An Israeli parliamentarian accuses the Obama administration of 'anti-Semitism' ahead of a planned speech addressing the Muslim world.

Knesset (parliament) member Yaakov Katz, head of the National Union party, said Wednesday that US President Barack Obama's repeated calls for halting the expansion of Jewish settlements in the West Bank is "nothing less than anti-Semitism," Israel's Arutz Sheva reported.

He also accused the White House of following the path of his predecessors in stunting the growth of the population of Jewish people in the West Bank.

Katz says calling on Tel Aviv to freeze settlement activities means denying the Jewish people the right to give birth.

"If someone says you can't add a room to a house, or build a kindergarten or a grocery or anything else, it means that 650,000 Jews in Jerusalem and elsewhere cannot grow, cannot give birth," Katz told Israel's national radio.

"I would just like to add that for the Obama Administration, there is no difference between Jerusalem and the rest of Judea and Samaria (the West Bank). In the Jerusalem neighborhoods, we have close to 300,000 Jews and we have another 350,000 Jews in Judea and Samaria," he added. "For the Americans, all 650,000 are the same; they are all to be boycotted, discriminated against and told to stop building and stop growing. There is no difference for them."

The Israeli parliamentarian also called on Christian and Jewish supporters of Israel to "get tough" with the Obama White House and not to accept his 'discriminating policies' against the Jewish people.
As for the "stunted growth" of the Palestinians, well that's totally different, I suppose. You know, because they aren't a rare endangered species. They're just goyim.

This is a job for professional liars

Avi displays his charming gap-toothed smile and Full Monty psychopathic stare.

US foreign policy consists of bombing, raping, pillaging and burning defenseless countries, while firing spitballs at countries who annoyingly display self-defense capabilities. We know that Israel runs this country and directs our foreign policy. We know that Israel wants diplomacy with Iran to fail. We also know that it would look bad to come out and root for diplomacy to fail because we're all such peace loving people, shalom. So the trick is to make sure diplomacy fails without leaving any fingerprints. Even better, hang the whole thing around Iran's neck to justify attacking them. And one last thing, Israel shall not pay any price, because this will involve casualties. The Iranians have defenses.
Their March 14 [CSIS] study notes that these defenses may include a deadly, ultra-sophisticated Russian anti-aircraft system that could down 20% to 30% of Israel’s attack aircraft — “a loss Israel would hardly accept in paying.” They note reports that Russia has secretly supplied Iran with this system, the SA-12 Gladiator/Giant. Also, even a successful Israeli attack on these three sites could prove futile, they warn, if Iran maintains secret facilities for uranium enrichment, as some suspect.
So somebody else is going to have to do this, see? Too dangerous for Israel. To that end, Avigdor Lieberman tries to make everyone feel guilty and responsible for solving the Iranian problem. Displaying outstanding psychopathic form, he completely inverts reality so that Israel is the country forced to solve other nations' problems, which is, like, so unfair, and they're standing up for themselves. For Once.
Israel does not intend to bomb Iran, Israel's foreign minister said Wednesday in the most explicit comments on the matter by a top minister of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's government to date. [accidents are never ruled out...]

Speaking at the end of a three-day visit to Russia, Avigdor Lieberman also said that other countries in the Middle East and around the world should be concerned about Iran's nuclear program.

But he said those countries should not expect Israel to solve the problem for them.

"We do not intend to bomb Iran, and nobody will solve their problems with our hands," he told reporters. "We don't need that. Israel is a strong country, we can protect ourselves.

"But the world should understand that the Iran's entrance into the nuclear club would prompt a whole arms race, a crazy race of unconventional weaponry across the Mideast that is a threat to the entire world order, a challenge to the whole international community," he said. "So we do not want a global problem to be solved with our hands."

[A threat to the entire world order? Sounds good to me.]
Team Obama handles the second leg of the strategy: provoking Iran. Justin Raimondo explains in detail:

Obama, with his peace overtures, serves as the smiley-face mask for some pretty loathsome activities. The U.S. government claims to be fighting terrorism, yet is sponsoring groups that plant bombs in mosques, kidnap tourists as well as Iranian policemen, and fund their activities with drug-running in addition to covert subsidies courtesy of the U.S. taxpayers. The recent suicide bombing in Zahedan was the work of Jundallah. These are war crimes, carried out with the full knowledge of the leaders of both parties in Congress, paid for by you and me, and conducted in our name.

...What’s going on in Iran today – a sustained campaign of terrorism directed against civilians and government installations alike – is proof positive that nothing has really changed much in Washington, as far as U.S. policy toward Iran is concerned. We are on a collision course with Tehran, and both sides know it. Obama’s public "reaching out" to the Iranians is a fraud of epic proportions. While it’s true that our covert terrorist attacks on Iran were initiated under the Bush regime, under Obama we’re seeing no letup in these sorts of incidents; if anything, they’ve increased in frequency and severity.

Meanwhile, for the third leg, Israeli "diplomats" have their marching orders to destroy Iran's international reputation. Of course they will get a handy assist from corporate media.
About a week ago, the head of the ministry’s Task Force on Isolating Iran sent a classified telegram to all Israeli embassies and consulates, titled “Activities in the Run-up to Iran’s Presidential Election.” It detailed things Israeli representatives should do before, during and after the election. [such as "organizing demonstrations in front of Iranian consulates worldwide, staging mock stonings and hangings in public, and launching a massive media campaign against Iran" - ed.]

...The main message Israeli diplomats should try to send is that “despite the democratic game of a presidential election, this is still a terrible regime that infringes on human rights and imposes many restrictions on its citizens,” the telegram said. In a nutshell, the goal is to “blacken Iran’s international reputation.”

...Meanwhile, Deputy Foreign Minister Daniel Ayalon embarked yesterday on a tour of North and South America aimed at explaining the importance of halting Iran’s nuclear program. His first stop was New York, where he participated in the annual Salute to Israel parade yesterday.

In an interview with Fox News, Ayalon said that Iran is trying to increase its influence worldwide, especially in the Middle East and Latin America. Iran’s ability to fire long-range missiles threatens the entire world, he warned, and if it keeps extending the range of its missiles, they may soon be able to reach the eastern United States.

And that's how professionals start wars.

Blatant

The Illuminati will end up victims of their own success. They are just so blatantly out there. People consume their slop day after day, eating it up yummy yummy yummy, and one of these days they're going to find out what they've been eating. Here, have some more roasted human flesh why don't you? Do you need more blood gravy with that?

I started off researching the satanic black mass, and through a meandering route have pulled over to show you this. The musician is Moray McLaren from Scotland, and the animations are by David Wilson of London. How it would happen that researching the satanic black mass would lead through skateboarding culture and to this video testifies to the ubiquitous nature of Illuminati symbolism. There's so much I am having trouble picking a place to start, but I predict these two men will be rich and famous very soon, if they aren't already, for expressing and glorifying Illuminati symbolism in such a hypnotic and "cool" manner. Indeed. Woo de fucking hoo.

These are the lyrics as best as I can make out.

you say where are you going
i guess there's just no way of knowing
but we got time
yeah we got time
we got time

roses on the water
thrown for somebody's son or daughter
but we got time
yeah we got time
we got time

so we drift on but not a part of
and there is nothing to be scared of
cause we got time
yeah we got time
we got time

time is a memory
memories are what we have
time's still in front of me
oh we can never die

time is a memory
memories can make you sigh
time's still in front of me
oh we can never die

legal mumbo jumbo
